I’ve been with MediaWorld for four years as part of the Customer Experience team, and my approach always starts from a single, firm foundation: data and the genuine feedback from customers. I don’t stop at just listening; I strive to turn what I learn into concrete, actionable steps that have a direct impact on those who work every day in our stores or in the online “world.” From there, I build simple solutions, because complexity isn’t a value—the result is. My goal isn’t just to produce action plans or similar documents, but to make them actually work.
