For further information regarding the processing of personal data, reference is made to the Privacy Policy published on the Netcomm Forum website.
3.6. Registration entails the creation of a user profile used to manage ticket purchases and participation in the event. This profile does not constitute a self-managed personal area; any requests to modify or update Personal Data must be submitted to the Organiser in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy Notice.
3.7 The Website makes available to the User a simplified registration procedure, designed to facilitate the input of data, based on artificial intelligence systems operating in conversational form. The User is hereby informed that he or she is interacting with an automated system and not with a human operator. Prior to confirming submission of the online form for the creation of the profile and the placement of the purchase order (or the conversion of invitation codes), a summary of the data collected shall be displayed, and the User shall be afforded the opportunity to identify and correct any errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data entry. The User shall remain solely responsible for the final verification of the information provided. Accordingly, the Organiser and the Event Owners shall not be held liable for any invoicing errors, failed communications, or other issues arising from the submission of inaccurate, incomplete, or unverified data entered by the User during the conversational procedure.
4.1. Access to the Netcomm Forum Event and to the digital content made available via the Website shall be permitted exclusively to the lawful holder of a valid Badge.
4.2. The Badge is linked to a personal, non-transferable Identification Code (QR Code) and entitles the holder to participate in the physical and digital components of the Event, subject to prior registration on the Website.
4.3. In the event of loss of the email containing the Badge, or loss/non-receipt of the email containing the Identification Code required for completion of the registration procedure and generation of the Badge (in the case of a purchase made by a third party), the individual concerned shall contact the organising secretariat for assistance. Where recovery is not possible (for example, where the relevant email address cannot be identified), access to the Event shall not be granted.
4.4. Given the anticipated high attendance, Badge holders may print their Badge independently and access the Event venue directly.
5.1. The price of the Admission Tickets (through which the Badge may be obtained) shall vary depending on the type of access selected (for example, single-day admission, two-day admission, etc.). The Organiser reserves the right to apply, during specific periods and subject to particular conditions, promotions, discounts or reduced rates, including offers limited in time or subject to availability. In all cases, the applicable price shall be that displayed by the online sales system at the time of selection and prior to confirmation of the purchase. The Purchaser shall therefore be informed of the total price before completing the purchase and proceeding with payment. The Website, being the official ticket sales channel, shall always display the prices applicable to the various categories of Admission Tickets.
5.2. The Purchaser shall indicate their selection by specifying the number and type of Admission Tickets required. The system shall clearly display the total amount payable, inclusive of VAT at the rate of 22% (the VAT amount being separately itemised). The total amount paid shall also be indicated in the purchase confirmation email generated upon completion of the transaction.
5.3. Payment shall be made by credit card through a secure electronic payment system compliant with applicable cybersecurity standards and personal data protection protocols. Following payment, the Payment Service Provider (bank) shall send a transaction confirmation email to the address provided at the time of purchase.
6.1. A User in possession of a complimentary Invitation Code may generate a Badge granting access to the Event via the official Website https://www.netcommforum.it, by following the prescribed procedure, namely by entering the Invitation Code in the designated field and providing the information required for registration, after having read the Privacy Policy and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Upon completion of the procedure, the system shall automatically generate the digital Badge, which may be printed for the purpose of accessing the Event. The Admission Ticket thus obtained shall also entitle the holder to access and view content made available through the Website.
6.2. The complimentary Invitation Code is personal and may be used solely by its holder. Activation of Invitation Codes on behalf of third parties shall not be permitted.
7.1. In accordance with the applicable legislation governing distance contracts, completion of the registration procedure and purchase of Admission Tickets through the online system shall result in the formation of a legally binding electronic contract between the Purchaser and the Organiser. Prior to submission of the order, the Purchaser shall be required to review and confirm the information provided and shall have the opportunity to identify and correct any data entry errors. The Contract shall be deemed concluded at the moment when the Purchaser confirms the order and the Organiser receives such order and sends the confirmation email.
7.2. The Organiser shall send a confirmation email summarising the purchase, including all relevant details, the price paid (where applicable), and the Badge bearing the Identification Code and QR Code.
7.3. Where a complimentary Invitation Code is used, completion of the registration procedure and generation of the Badge shall in any event give rise to the formation of a distance contract between the holder of the Invitation Code and the Organiser. The Contract shall be deemed concluded when the User completes the online procedure and receives, by email, confirmation of the Badge generation together with the relevant information.
7.4. In all cases, prior to submitting the order, the Purchaser shall be required to read and expressly accept these Terms and Conditions as a mandatory condition for completing the purchase.
8.1. Consorzio Netcomm, Netcomm Services e TIG Events shall not be liable for any expenses and/or damages, whether direct or indirect, in any way connected to the sale of the Badges or the organisation and execution of the Event.
9.1. In the event of changes to the schedule (e.g., postponement of the Event to a different date), the Badge shall remain valid and may be used on the new date. If the Badge holder is unable to attend, they shall be entitled to request a refund where applicable.
9.2. In the event of Event cancellation, it is possible to obtain a refund of the Badge price. The Organizer shall process refunds in a timely and appropriate manner, reimbursing only the cost of the Entry Ticket, excluding any other applicable charges (such as service fees), and in any case retaining an amount equal to 13% of the total price paid by the User.
9.3. In no circumstances shall the Organizer replace an Entry Ticket that is lost, misplaced, damaged, destroyed, stolen, or even partially illegible.
10.1. The right of withdrawal is excluded; as this Contract concerns the provision of a Service which the Organizer undertakes to provide on a specific date, the right of withdrawal is also excluded in contracts concluded with consumers pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code.
11.1. These General Terms and Conditions, together with the information provided in the electronic registration and ticket purchase process, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Organizer.
12.1. The User is hereby informed that, during the Event, images and/or audio/video recordings of the User may be captured (for example, during workshops in which the User participates). Such material may be used, in full compliance with applicable copyright law (Royal Decree 633/1941), the rules on the use of personal images (Arts. 96 et seq. RD 633/1941), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, while respecting the dignity and decorum of individuals, for publication on websites, social networks (e.g., Facebook), magazines, TV, brochures, or inclusion in materials intended for distribution (e.g., posting workshop videos on the Netcomm website or Sponsor platforms).
12.2. Given the number of participants, it is not feasible to process individual requests to refuse use of one’s image. Therefore, by purchasing a Badge or activating an Invitation Code, the User grants full consent for the Organizer to use such material as indicated in the Release Statement referenced in the Privacy Notice. Users who do not agree with this policy should refrain from purchasing a ticket or attending the Event.
13.1. For information or assistance, Users may contact the Event Secretariat at: iscrizioni@netcommforum.it or by phone at 02.49988.8.
14.1. Pursuant to Art. 141-sexies, paragraph 3, of the Italian Consumer Code, Consumer Users are informed that, if they have submitted a complaint which remains unresolved, they may initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure through an ADR body.
15.1. The Contract shall be governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or related to the Contract or these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the User’s place of residence, or alternatively, the courts of Milan.
15.2. For matters not expressly covered herein, applicable Italian and EU law shall apply.
