I am responsible for Sales and Business Development activities across the entire Group, with full accountability for both account management and growth initiatives. I own the achievement of assigned quantitative and qualitative sales targets, ensuring consistent alignment with the Group’s commercial strategy and long-term objectives. On assigned key clients, I have full visibility and end-to-end responsibility for all sales opportunities, with a strong focus on driving incremental revenue and expanding existing relationships. I actively contribute to new business development, either by independently generating qualified prospects or by managing leads identified by the Group’s individual practices, maximizing their potential for cross-practice and Group-wide sales growth. In addition, I am responsible for the sales of specific software solutions, supporting clients throughout the sales cycle by understanding their needs and positioning the most effective and value-driven solutions.
