Giorgia is a former investment banker and tech entrepreneur now leading the Customer Success team of Alma in Italy. After graduating with a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University, she worked in M&A at Evercore in London before starting her own venture in the EdTech space. She has worked at leading tech companies, including the Yoox-Net-A-Porter Group, and lately joined Alma where she is now responsible for building its Italian Customer Success department. Founded in 2018, Alma is a leading European fintech company operating in the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) industry, having raised €115M Series C in early 2022 and employing 300+ people. With a mission to simplify commerce by enabling merchants to sell better and consumers to buy better, Alma serves over 13,300 brands and retailers across the Health, Beauty, Fashion and other industries, providing clients with a wide range of BNPL solutions and the best customer experience thanks to its proprietary technology and payment infrastructure
