RADICAL HR, for three years now, is the new perspective on the future of work, the enabler of HR and companies that update and compare themselves to drive people transformation and accelerate the evolution of organizations, through skills development strategies, cultural change and investment in human resources.

In 2023, with Lacerba, an important player in the Italian EdTech world with a focus on digital and innovation skills, we decided to raise the bar of our impact and chose to form Future of Work Group. Ours is a project that is born to grow and expand, for this we want to accompany the Italian companies, and their people, in the change that is necessary and sought.

To date, we are experts in training and work alongside CEOs, HR and managers to trigger new solutions that transform companies into people-centered perspectives, promoting business growth and the well-being of people, implementing consulting projects using:

• co-design, canvas and augmented team as agile working methodology;
• academy and proprietary training products as a guarantee of effectiveness;
• edtech technologies as a change meter and accelerator.
