Leveraging various communication channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS, WeChat, ... with the possibility of using templates), the app facilitates personalized interactions, appointment scheduling, and updates sharing, enhancing the in-store experience with a touch of intimacy and full personalization.

Digital In-Store: This solution enables sales assistants to consult the company's entire product catalog and check stock levels in real time via a mobile application. If a product is out-of-stock or unavailable in store, it can be ordered on the spot for customer. Moreover, by scanning the items' barcode, the sales assistants have instant access to product details and recommendations.

POS – mPOS – Self-Checkout – RFID: Our Point of Sale (POS) system offers a user-friendly, high-performance interface, facilitating in-store transaction management while guaranteeing a seamless customer experience. Our Mobile Payment Solution (mPOS) enables sales associates to collect payments from their customers anywhere in the point of sale (product order, mixed basket with a single payment, distant sales, ... and also Tap to Pay), avoiding the need for a checkout at the cash register.
