Veronica is Sr. Account Executive at Google Italy, where she leads the digital transformation of global retail leaders, including EssilorLuxottica. In May 2024, she was the sole participant from Google Italy selected for the Deloitte CMO Next Generation Program, solidifying her position as a strategic leader in the modern marketing landscape. With over a decade of experience at Google, she has held Agency Lead and Sales Manager roles, building C-level partnerships and coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate advanced Media, Cloud, and Tech solutions. Her career began in marketing at multinationals such as Philips. Her academic background includes a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and a degree with honors from the University of Bologna. Beyond business objectives, Veronica is the Co-Lead of Women@ at Google Italy, where she coordinates diversity and inclusion projects. As an active mentor for networks such as Mentors4U, she is passionately dedicated to promoting diversity in the tech sector, combining strategic vision and ethical leadership to drive both cultural and digital change.
