Roberto Liscia Presidente, Consorzio Netcomm

A Nuclear Engineer with a Master’s in Business Management from INSEAD, he has held several managerial positions in major Italian groups, including Fiat, Teksid, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, and Arnoldo Mondadori, where he focused primarily on strategy, business development, M&A, and new initiatives in the ICT and technological innovation sectors. He later became a Partner at leading national and international consulting firms, including PwC, where he specialized in telecommunications, web, and e-commerce. As an entrepreneur, he has developed several web-based ventures, published essays and books, and is a lecturer in Industrial Marketing. He is also President of Netcomm, the Italian Digital Commerce Consortium. He is the founder and currently an Executive Board Member of Ecommerce Europe, a Brussels-based organization now representing 24 countries, which has become the leading center for analysis and policy development on e-commerce at the European level.
