President & Co-Founder of EFI -Ecosistema Formazione Italia | Advisor of EdTech and HRTech Startups I am passionate about innovation in education and human resources, with extensive experience in creating and managing startups. I am the President and Co-Founder of Ecosistema Formazione Italia (EFI), a non-profit association promoting the growth of educational entities through networking and synergy among trainers, organizations, and startups. We created the largest Italian event for the training and HR sector being the Innovation Training Summit in Roma (www.efi-italia.it/summit), as well as the Wellbeing Happiness Forum in Milano (www.efi-italia.it/forum). My education includes a Master’s in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. With over five years of experience in the field, I am dedicated to promoting innovation and sustainable development in education and training.
