Valle del Crati Group was born from the union of two small artisan workshops started in 1998. These activities have a project in common: to bring local products, processed in an artisanal way and according to traditional recipes, to the tables of gourmets. Thus the Valle del Crati brand Gastronomic Excellence since 1998 was born in 2005, a journey into Calabrian taste and Made in Italy: a rich basket of ideal products to savor alone or to use in the preparation of more elaborate recipes.
