Managing Director at SheTech and Inspiring50 Italy 2024. Her work revolves around a key question: how can gender equality in tech move from intention to reality? At SheTech, she develops projects that bring together a community of people who work, study, or aim to enter the STEM field, combining hands-on training and employer positioning, with the support of local and international companies and partners. Before fully focusing on these topics, she spent several years working in the community space and co-organized events such as the Italian Community Managers Summit.
