A Master’s degree in Economics and Marketing from Bocconi University marks the beginning of Beatrice Monza’s professional journey in digital advertising and eCommerce.
After her first experiences in the editorial and media sector, in 2012 Beatrice joined Warner Bros. Discovery, where she worked on commercial development and branded content, contributing to the growth of the company’s digital business.
In 2015, she moved to Amazon Ads as a Senior Account Executive, managing direct clients across FMCG, Automotive, and Home & Kitchen, and leading large-scale innovative projects. Three years later, she joined Amazon Pay, where she was responsible for strategic partnerships with enterprise merchants, significantly contributing to growth targets in the Italian market.
Since 2021, Beatrice has been at Witailer, now part of [Alkemy]+, where she served as Head of Retail Media until December 2024.
Today, Beatrice Monza is Managing Director of the Commerce practice at [Alkemy]+, where she leads the development of digital commerce strategies and marketplace management, supporting brand growth across digital sales ecosystems. In this context, Witailer acts as the center of excellence, specializing in the Amazon ecosystem and major marketplaces across Europe.
Beatrice leads a multidisciplinary team that brings together expertise in commerce, media & advertising, business intelligence & strategy, tech & product, as well as operations, content, and accounting, supporting brands throughout their entire growth journey across marketplaces and digital commerce ecosystems.
