Alberto Luisi (1973) began his career at TNT-Traco, supporting the company’s expansion and the opening of new branches. In 1998, he joined Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. as Zone Manager, where he was closely involved in the earliest initiatives to bring Italian businesses online and gained first-hand exposure to the evolution of digital channels—from SIP video terminals through portals such as Virgilio and Matrix to the emergence of Google. From 2007, he focused on the liberalized postal market, contributing at TNT Post (subsequently Nexive) to the commercial and operational development of selected areas in Lombardy. In 2014, drawing on extensive experience in B2C last-mile logistics, he founded Fermopoint, creating a nationwide network of parcel pick-up and drop-off points designed to improve the customer experience while addressing delivery efficiency for merchants and carriers. In May 2020, Fermopoint S.r.l. joined BRT S.p.A. as its dedicated Out of Home division. As CEO, Luisi continues to lead the growth of the network, which today include more than 12,500 BRT-Fermopoint pick-up points, including shops and lockers, with average monthly volumes exceeding 2,5 million shipments.
