Tommaso Marchese VP Sales, Jet HR

Graduated with honors in Business Administration from Bocconi University, he earned a double Master's in International Management from Bocconi and Tsinghua University and completed an MBA at INSEAD, where he made the Dean's List in the top 10% of his class. He began his career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey, working on digital strategy and financial services projects for major European clients. He then joined Amazon, where over seven years he rose to lead the launch and scaling of Amazon Business in Italy, first in the enterprise segment and then in the public sector. In 2024, he joined Jet HR as VP Sales.
