Pietro Rossato is the Digital Manager at PittaRosso. Leveraging extensive in-house experience in process development and digital strategy, he leads the eCommerce division and a constantly evolving omnichannel roadmap. He strategically integrates technology, including digital commerce platforms, CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and Customer Service, to streamline internal operations and enable data-driven decision-making, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints. Pietro coordinates media strategy across all digital channels and oversees internal eCommerce operations, including logistics and transportation, with a constant focus on the financial sustainability and balance of digital projects. His goal is to drive business growth and customer satisfaction by breaking down organizational silos and putting technology at the service of retail. Furthermore, he promotes the gradual adoption of AI tools and processes, with a strong emphasis on EU regulatory compliance and respect for both legal frameworks and people.
