Pierfrancesco Scotti, Colgate-Palmolive Media Lead for Southern Europe, began his career in media centers, focusing primarily on the technology and entertainment sectors before moving into fast-moving consumer goods. In 2013, he “leaped the gap” by joining Unilever’s global media team at their London headquarters, overseeing 1BN brands in the Hair Care and Skin Care categories, and later moving to Colgate-Palmolive in the UK and Germany, until he became the Media Lead for Southern Europe in 2021. With the goal of adopting an increasingly integrated, data-driven, and consumer-centric approach, he has incorporated the activation of prominent eCommerce platforms within media and promoted the adoption of Retail Media, aiming to accurately measure the success of every initiative and create an effective bridge between media and business.
