Michele Orofino has a solid background in consulting, with a focus on payments and the use of data to support strategic decision-making. He is currently Director of Business Development for Services in the Italian market at Mastercard, where he helps retailers and large companies solve strategic challenges through solutions in data analytics, customer engagement, and cybersecurity. Previously at Mastercard, he held various roles, including Manager in the Global Strategy Acceleration team, supporting the development and execution of global strategy and identifying key project needs for the Data & Services division. He holds a degree from Bocconi University and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.
