Mattia Gamberoni leads Stripe's operations in Italy and Iberia, focusing on delivering comprehensive financial infrastructure solutions for businesses of all sizes. He joined Stripe in November 2021 and is based in Madrid, where he shapes the go-to-market strategy for both regions. Mattia is dedicated to empowering users across various segments and industries by leveraging Stripe’s global network as strategic assets for global business growth. Prior to joining Stripe, Mattia was part of the team that establishment and expanded Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Iberia, assuming multiple leadership roles, including Head of the Enterprise Segment for Spain and Portugal, as well as leading the Global Financial Services Segment for Southern Europe. In the last 20 years, he has held positions at prominent companies such as Cisco and Salesforce.com, operating in both Italy and Spain. Mattia holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering.
