Martina Mauri Direttrice, Osservatorio HR Innovation del Politecnico di Milano

Since 2020, she has been Director of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory at the Politecnico di Milano. Over the years, she has distinguished herself as an expert speaker on issues relating to changes in the labour market driven by digital transformation and innovations in HR management. From 2023 to 2024, she further broadened her scope of work by becoming Director of the EdTech Observatory at the Politecnico di Milano, thereby extending her contribution to research into the education sector as well. Over the years, she has collaborated with the Smart Working Observatory at the Politecnico di Milano as a researcher.
