Founder and CEO of Joule, an innovative startup based in Padua that is revolutionizing the world of work through patented AI models designed to highlight human talent. A former gymnast on the Italian National Artistic Gymnastics Team, she holds a degree in International Business from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 and a TEDx speaker. She currently serves as president of the Youth Committee of the Padua Chamber of Commerce and as a lecturer at the University of Padua’s School of Economics.
