I am Giuseppe, born and raised in Milan in 1979. I completed my degree in Communication Sciences in 2005, after which I moved to London where I worked in Genius Sports until 2011 in the Client Service department. Upon returning to Italy, I started a new professional venture as a Customer Relationship Manager at Sisal. In 2019, I joined AC Milan as a Fan Relationship Manager. Currently, since 2020, I work at MailUp+Contactlab where I am responsible for developing customer satisfaction and loyalty strategies. I manage the Customer Value Management area, leading a team of professionals who take care of customers in every aspect, from compliance and deliverability to technical support and customer care, up to maintaining the relationship over time. For me, the customer is a true strategic partner, and building a solid, distinctive, and valuable long-term relationship with them is my greatest professional challenge.
