Giuliano Noci Prorettore, Politecnico di Milano

Giuliano Noci is Full Professor of Strategy and Marketing at Politecnico di Milano, where he serves as Pro-Rector for China. In this capacity, he conceived and coordinated the establishment in Xi’an of Politecnico di Milano’s first campus abroad and promoted, at the Bovisa Campus, a Joint Campus with Tsinghua University dedicated to Chinese companies interested in developing know-how in collaboration with Italy’s industrial and research system. An expert in the geopolitics of innovation, he also coordinated, on behalf of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, the Italy-Russia Task Force on Technological Innovation and developed industrial partnerships with the Russian Federation. He is the author of numerous internationally award-winning books and scientific articles. In 2025, he published Disordine – Le nuove coordinate del mondo, devoted to the analysis of contemporary geopolitical fractures. A columnist for Il Sole 24 Ore, he also contributes to Corriere della Sera, Bloomberg and AFP, and is a regular commentator on national and international television and radio.
