Graduated in Management Engineering from the "Tor Vergata" University of Rome, Federica began her career at the Barilla Group, where she held roles in Logistics, Operations, and Customer Service for 10 years. In 2011, she joined SDA - part of the Poste Italiane Group - focusing on Business Development. Since 2015, she has been with Poste Italiane and is currently the Head of Marketing for the E-commerce and Business Offering. She is responsible for the development, management, and redesign of services in the e-commerce and business sectors (B2B and B2C), as well as budget policies and commercial strategies.
