Since I was a child, I have dreamed of running a company that can create value for people and society. To realize this dream, I earned a degree in economics and a master's degree in disability management, which combine managerial skills and a focus on accessibility and inclusion issues. In 2013, together with Marco Andreoli, I founded Yeah Impresa Sociale, a social cooperative that designs and provides services for accessibility and inclusion, supporting organizations, organizations, and organizations in overcoming cultural, structural, and digital barriers. I believe in a company that combines expertise, social impact, and vision, and my work is driven by the belief that inclusion is not only an ethical value, but also a strategic lever for innovation and development. I am also a Web Accessibility Expert, a member of AIDiMa and IWA Italy.
