Deborah Murgolo is the Founder and Sole Director of WellDone Italia, a consulting firm specializing in evolutionary organizational well-being. With a degree in Political Science with a focus on business, a Master’s degree in Performance Management from Sole 24 Ore, and Giunti 16PF-5 certification, she has built a solid career in market research, rising from quantitative researcher to Business Unit Manager at Demoskopea. Along the way, she developed distinctive expertise in the finance and fashion sectors, leading strategic projects in customer satisfaction and employee/corporate reputation for leading groups such as Unicredit and UBI Banca. After working as a freelancer and taking her first steps into the world of Wellbeing, in 2020 she founded WellDone Italia based on a clear conviction: wellbeing is not a catalog of initiatives, but a corporate identity built through method, listening, and consistency. The company’s distinctive positioning and the slogan “Working on Happiness”—a concrete commitment to designing workplaces where people are truly at the center, generating sustainable value for organizations and their members—are rooted in this vision. A speaker at HR Forum, she collaborates on the Purpose project at the Politecnico di Milano and is currently enrolled in a three-year psychology program. A mother and runner with nine marathons under her belt, she brings a practical and energetic approach to her leadership role, with a strong focus on the quality of relationships and work-life balance.
