With a degree in Economics and a keen passion for technology, I began my career at THRON by supporting the product team in their UX research, analysing the experiences and use cases reported by customers and the target market. This work, carried out thanks to a direct line of communication with Customer Service, led me to gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of THRON's operations. This cross-functional knowledge positioned me as the go-to person for product documentation and, subsequently, as Partner Manager, where I now oversee strategic partnerships and the partner ecosystem that amplifies our platform's reach.
