PXM: how to differentiate and turn products into Experience

In markets where it is mandatory to build a satisfactory Customer Experience, it becomes necessary to differentiate from competitors and be able to build up a convincing  storytelling to all your interlocutors and on all communication and sales channels, adapting your message to make it effective . All these activities, which contribute to the success of a product and a company, can be summarized in the acronym PXM, Product Experience Management; because there cannot be an effective Customer experience without a Product Experience that peers the governance of product and Brand information.
