Sara Terraneo is Chief eCommerce & Omnichannel Officer at Agrifarma (Arcaplanet) and a member of the Italian Executive Leadership Team, where she leads the end-to-end transformation of the business towards a scalable, customer-centric omnichannel model. She oversees the development of the company’s omnichannel platform, integrating data, CRM and customer engagement to enable new models of customer interaction and growth. Previously, she held leadership roles at MediaWorld, steering the evolution of the business and its channels through a period of significant disruption during the COVID-19 pandemic. She then played a key role in the transformation towards an integrated omnichannel model and in redesigning the customer experience, contributing to the revival of performance and engagement. He is a strategic partner to CEOs and investors in complex contexts, including M&A and integration processes. He has attended Executive Education programmes in Digital Innovation and Strategy at Harvard Business School Online. He is a member of international networks such as EWOB, a mentor at Valore D and a member of the Advisory Board at the Politecnico di Milano.
