Senior Partner In Charge Of Marketplaces

Paola Marzario is founder and president of BrandOn Group. Graduated in Law in 2004 at the Bocconi University of Milan, during her studies, Paola founded Italia Casting, a company specializing in electronic ticketing systems and in the organization of events. In 2008 Paola sold 65% of ItaliaCasting to the Best Union Spa Group (one of the main Italian operators in the management of ticketing and access control), while maintaining the management of her company and at the same time starting to work for Best Union with the task of developing new business opportunities. In 2012 she restarted with a new entrepreneurial adventure and in founded BrandOn Group, an Italian tech company enabler for company sales in online marketplaces (B2B). Thanks to the success achieved and the experience gained, the company has launched three other business lines for direct sales to the consumer (B2C) through marketplace stores, for digital e-commerce consulting services addressed to individual brands, and for training in the world of marketplaces The company's business model, which boasts technical know-how on the functioning of marketplaces, proprietary technological platforms and a wide range of services for the entire value chain, has been rewarded with an exceptional growth in turnover from 2016 to today. Paola Marzario, nowadays President of Brandon Group, is the mother of Massimo, Alessandro and Azzurra, and manages a team of 50 people, in which 70% are women. She is Senior Partner of the Netcomm Consortium, mentor of Polihub, incubator of the Politecnico di Milano and she performs several training activities on the marketplace topic for courses and masters of the most important Italian Business Schools.
