With over twenty years of experience in the Toyota Group, I have held various roles, from operations to supporting the dealership network in the sales area, eventually becoming Marketing Manager and currently Innovation Manager. As I have always done, in true KAIZEN style (the concept of continuous improvement), I focus on developing innovation in both processes and technologies to support the transformation of Toyota Group companies, KINTO and TFSI, from a Car Company to a Mobility Company. Among the achievements I am most proud of: Pay per Drive Connected, the first connected automotive financing that adjusts the Residual Value based on the kilometers driven, and the introduction of the first BuyNowPayLater in the Toyota Group to support After Sales payments.
