Scalapay Matteo has solid experience launching and scaling new initiatives across various sectors and international markets. Following roles at Amadeus IT Group, Booking.com and Scalapay, he has specialised in turning new ideas into successful ventures, defining product strategies, value propositions and effective go-to-market approaches. He has worked across travel, e-commerce and retail, leading commercial teams of up to 25 people spanning sales, partnerships and account management, with a hands-on and strategic approach to growth. He has worked in Spain, Israel and Italy, and from Singapore launched a new department for the APAC region, contributing to the company's global expansion. His entrepreneurial vision and operational skills make him Scalapay's VP of Growth today.
