One of the key contributors to the growth of Great Place To Work, from its startup phase to the present, I have been working in employee experience, assessment, and data analytics for over 15 years. I am a psychologist and certified coach, offering individual feedback sessions and team coaching for groups of managers, using both qualitative and quantitative listening methods within projects aimed at improving engagement and workplace satisfaction. At Great Place To Work Italia, I have held various roles within the consulting services division, and since 2023, I have been leading the competence line for Consulting Services, overseeing projects in change management and strategy, as well as diversity and inclusion.
