Gaia Franceschini Beghini is a Digital Executive with over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing eCommerce, omnichannel, and CRM strategies across international markets in the retail, beauty, pharma, and luxury sectors. She has led digital transformation projects, cross-functional teams, and innovation processes always focused on omnichannel customer experience. She is currently Sales & Marketing Director at Talea Group and a lecturer in eCommerce and CRM at Bocconi University.
