Eloisa Siclari serves as the General Manager for Italy and Spain, driving strategic growth in these key markets. Her mission is to further strengthen Zalando's Spanish & Italian relevance and solidify its position as a leader. Together with her team, Eloisa focuses on delivering a highly curated, locally tailored assortment that delights customers, offering personalized, immersive experiences and endless fashion and lifestyle inspiration. Eloisa joined Zalando with extensive expertise in marketing and strategy. She previously led the Southern Europe Marketing Team and the Global Marketing Team, where she developed strategies for brand vision, innovation, and local commercial execution. Her responsibilities included P&L management and trade marketing, bridging global strategies with Spanish & Italian market dynamics to deliver impactful results. Prior to Zalando, Eloisa held leadership roles at globally renowned companies, including P&G and VF Corporation, gaining valuable experience across industries.
