Elisa Piazzola Managing Director, DHL eCommerce

Elisa Piazzola has been the Managing Director of DHL eCommerce CBS Italy since June 2025, leading the company’s commercial growth, strategic development, and operational performance in the Italian market. From 2018 to 2025, she worked at GLS Italy, where she served as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing the company’s commercial, pricing, marketing, and customer care strategies. She was also a Board Member and Legal Representative of ProntoPacco, the GLS owned company focused on PUDO and last mile solutions. Previously, from 2011 to 2018, she was General Manager at Silvano Chiapparoli Logistica, a leading player in pharmaceutical logistics, where she held full P&L responsibility and managed commercial development and operations across five sites. Earlier in her career, she held managerial roles at Sandoz, Ranbaxy Italy, and GlaxoSmithKline, gaining extensive experience in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Development, and Project Management
