In my role as IT manager in a dynamic and highly flexible service company, I was able to consolidate an important experience in many areas of technology. My involvement in complex projects has improved my IT skills allowing me to deepen my knowledge of the business processes of its organizational complexity and manage the certification process of the company for which I worked. Currently my role is that of IT Manager and Business Process Coordinator for a leading company in the financial services sector, providing coordination and accountability of the activities of Information Technology, with particular emphasis on the management, control and implementation of business processes supported by information systems. My responsibilities include system security through the creation and maintenance of standards of information security. My role is also in people management, budget and functional areas. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, proven ability to motivate and manage teams, but also to operate in complete autonomy.
