César Tello is the CEO of the Spanish Association for the Digital Economy (Adigital), that plays a leading role in advancing the digital economy in Spain. He holds several prominent positions, including Vice President of the Internal Market Commission at Business Europe, Leader of the Electronic Trade Working Group at CEOE, Board Member of Ecommerce Europe, and Vice President of Confianza Online.
In addition to his leadership work, César is an associate professor of digital strategy at several business schools, such as ESIC, IED, and UNIR.
He earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, an MBA from IE Business School, and a Master’s in Web Analytics from KSchool.
Before his current role, César was General Director of the CRE100DO Foundation, where he worked to support mid-sized companies in Spain.
He also previously served as Deputy Director at both Adigital and the Spanish Federation of Cinemas (FECE).
