Carlo Bellati is an entrepreneur and innovator in SaaS and e-commerce. With over 7 years of experience in launching new products, building international teams, and raising capital, he is dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions that boost revenues and improve user experience. He is the co-founder of Zipchat.ai, an AI-powered platform that helps online stores convert more visitors into buyers by enhancing customer interactions. Before Zipchat.ai, he founded uDroppy, a B2B SaaS marketplace connecting store owners with suppliers in China, securing investments from Jason Calacanis, Marco Zappacosta, and Sequoia Capital. Carlo previously worked at Oracle and Salesforce, mastering the complexities of Outbound Sales. He also teaches Customer Relationship Management at Grenoble Business School. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a double Master's degree in Business Development and International Business Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
