Entrepreneur and future of work expert, he has built his career in the fields of education and digital transformation: he founded RADICAL HR, now part of Future of Work Group, where he serves as CEO, helping large companies and SMEs with corporate learning and people transformation.
He co-founded and leads as CEO HAPPY2C, an investment holding boutique focused on innovative startups specializing in digital transformation, HRtech, and EDtech.
Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of Talent Garden Innovation School, a European leader in digital and innovation topics, and directed the Research Center and School of Communication and Management at IED, the Istituto Europeo di Design.
He is a non-executive member of the boards of Save the Children Italy, ViviSalute, Laborability, and Sicuro.it.
He is a writer, author of eight books: Le 5 lenti dell’HR (Egea, 2023) and previously Company Culture, il sistema operativo che fa crescere le aziende. Then, Generazione Mille Euro, translated into seven languages and turned into a movie, Generazione Mille Euro RMX, the edition launched for the 10th anniversary of the bestseller, the novel Berlino Sono Io, and three essays: Jobbing, È facile cambiare l'Italia se sai come farlo, La Repubblica degli Innovatori.
