After earning a degree in Theory and Technology of Communication, he began his career in Digital Marketing before specializing in Corporate Welfare. In this field, he supported some of Italy’s leading companies in managing and developing employee well-being solutions, while also completing a Master’s in Corporate Welfare. In 2020, he joined Sky Italia with a clear mission: to lead the implementation and development of Well4You, an integrated welfare system designed to effectively meet employees' needs. Over the past years, he has designed and launched innovative programs, demonstrating the value of a holistic and strategic approach to workplace well-being. Today, his goal is to create a work environment where people feel genuinely supported and valued, fostering not only their personal well-being but also higher motivation, engagement, and productivity. Through his strategic vision and unwavering commitment, he has helped establish Sky Italia as a benchmark in Corporate Wellbeing, proving that investing in employee well-being is key to building organizational success and long-term sustainability.
