The integrated logistics of Poste Italiane Group in support of Too Good To Go, marketplace for surplus food

Poste Italiane is one of the main physical and digital service platforms in Italy, active in the sectors of logistics, mail and parcels, financial and insurance services, payment systems, telecommunications, and the energy market. The company plays a decisive role in the Italian economic, social, and productive fabric and has been engaged for several years in a process of continuous improvement of its environmental performance to make a positive contribution to environmental protection, modernization, and innovation of the country.

Also in the Contract Logistics sector, for which Poste Italiane, through the newly established Poste Logistics S.p.A., has developed a new Integrated Logistics offer to provide an end-to-end service for the entire customer supply chain. The company has shown attention to ESG issues in a comprehensive manner.

Thanks to the strategic partnership with Too Good To Go and collaboration with the companies involved in the project, "Too Good To Go Box Dispensa," with a view to reducing food waste, it has managed the storage and redistribution of over 2,340 tons of food surpluses in almost 24 months.
