Retail Institute Italy and Ipsos Doxa conducted an important research study involving more than 200 HR Managers. The results provided a mapping of the main strategies aimed at increasing the attractiveness of the Retail sector, particularly among young people from Generation Z.
The challenge is not only to attract new talent, but also to create the conditions that encourage them to stay and grow within the organization. Work–life balance, Diversity & Inclusion policies, and continuous investment in upskilling and reskilling are key levers for building strong engagement.
