For several years, he has been studying the attitudes of individuals and businesses toward changes in the labor market. He has extensive experience in the fields of reputation, CSR, corporate branding, sponsorship, corporate communications, and crisis management; he serves as the spokesperson and columnist for Ipsos Italia on sustainability and CSR. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics and has been working in market research for 30 years. Since 2018, he has been a professor of corporate communications at the Bicocca University of Milan.
